Spins always run at their own fixed value and cannot follow your stake. Set the slot back to that stake, or open it from the bonus card in the first place.

One Claim, Not Two

Our welcome spin pack and the no-deposit deal are each limited to a person, a household and a device. Check our terms, apply once, and contact support if you believe the block is wrong.

Uncollected Bonus Card

Spins sit in your bonus section until you open them there. Tapping collect hands them to the named slot, and they will not show before that.

Wrong Game, No Spins

Opening a different game hides the spins completely. Return to the slot printed on the offer card and the counter reappears at once.

Claim Path

A Clear Route To Live Rounds

Choosing Between Two Paths

Decide first whether you want the no-deposit round or one tied to a payment, because each carries its own code, stake and wagering.

Code Entry Point

Type the code in the cashier or bonus field before you pay, and confirm the offer shows as active rather than pending.

Skip The Excluded Wallets

Pay at least the minimum the offer names and skip Skrill or Neteller, since neither qualifies for deposit spins.

Open The Exact Slot

Launch the named slot from the offer and leave the stake alone: spins sit at their fixed value and appear only on that game.

Clear The Playthrough

Treat every win as bonus money until the playthrough clears, and keep bets under the cap the offer sets.

Clear Your Bonus

Follow Your Spin Wins To Cash

Withdrawable Only After

Wins land as bonus money rather than cash, so they stay inside the bonus balance until wagering clears them. Your 20COMETLUCKY pack can pay out up to A$75.

Clock Starts At Credit

Each offer sets its own clock: the welcome pack allows 27 days, 50WILDTURBO gives 3 days and 20COMETLUCKY gives 3 days from credit.

Multiply Your Win

Wagering factors run from 20 on the 50WILDTURBO pack to 50 on 20COMETLUCKY, while the welcome pack sits at 37 times the deposit and bonus.

Verify Before You Withdraw

Caspero verifies every account before the first payout, which can take up to 72 hours. Upload a photo ID, proof of address and a payment card image early to avoid a wait.

Honour The One-Claim Rule

Our no-deposit pack suits a player, household and device once each. Registering a second account closes both, so claim from one place only.

Stick To The Slot

Games outside the slot list add little or nothing to your wagering progress. Stay on the named slot, and check the bonus card before you change games.

Spin Terms Without The Guesswork

What Do You Need Before You Spin?

What happens when I confirm my email or app?

Confirming an email address releases 10 spins at A$0.10 on Fishin Frenzy Megaways, wagered 20 times within three days. Downloading the app hands over 25 spins at A$0.20 on Juicy Fruits with no wagering at all. Completing your profile adds 20 spins at A$0.10 on Bells On Fire, also 20 times wagered.

Where do I find the spins on a phone?

Your spins sit in the bonus section of the account on any mobile browser, and the app has the same list. Open the named slot from that list to run them, since they will not fire on another game. Turning the phone sideways changes nothing about the count or the value.

Where does the casino's licence come from?

Caspero Casino Limited holds its licence from the Malta Gaming Authority under MGA/B2C/547/2021. That regulator sets the bonus terms this site publishes, including the wagering and the cashout caps. Disputes about spin winnings follow Maltese licence rules and eCOGRA audits the payouts.

Can I tell what one spin is worth in cash?

Every spin places a set stake, so a spin worth A$0.10 pays at that rate on that slot only. The casino's estimate of 246 welcome spins at A$0.10 gives A$24.60 in stakes and about A$23.74 back at an RTP of 96.5. That figure is an average, not a promise for your session.

What if I want spins with no wagering?

Only the app offer of 25 spins at A$0.20 on Juicy Fruits skips wagering, so its winnings leave as cash once verified. Every other free spins bonus arrives as bonus money, which stays locked until its playthrough is met. Read the terms of each code before you claim it.

Why would I need 300 spins to get the top tier?

The weekly deposit tiers on Dolphin's Pearl pay 25, 75 or 150 spins as you deposit A$30, A$100 or A$200. Spins plus the various weekly drops reach a ceiling of 300, spread across several offers rather than one drop. Each offer keeps its own wagering, so they do not combine.

Where do I go to withdraw spin winnings?

Meet the playthrough, verify with photo ID, proof of address and a card image, then request a cashout from the wallet. Processing takes about 3 hours and the minimum withdrawal is A$29. Any winnings above a cashout cap stay behind, and Skrill or Neteller deposits void the bonus.

A Calmer Session

Deposit Caps, Reminders, Breaks

Free spins never oblige you to keep playing or to deposit again. Caspero Casino gives you deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, reality check, self-exclusion, and points you to Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and BetStop if play stops feeling like a choice.

Loss limits

Fix the most you can lose in a set period, so a cold run of spins cannot reach beyond it.

Deposit limits

Choose how much can enter the account each day or week before you buy any spin.

Self-exclusion

Shut your account and block play for a set stretch when spins stop being fun.
